Staff were excellent in helping me choose what l eano

Staff are helpful and attentive. Excellent service every time.
Products are always good value and suitable for their purpose.

Excellent service + quality products at sensible prices

Purchased an ice cream scoop, good and solid works a treat, used quite a lot in the hot weather,

I would recommend then.

Great store with really helpful and lovely staff!

Visiting the staff at Pro Cook Bideford, could not be more different from a 2* review left by Patrick in Aug. The two 'mature' lady assistants are half the reason I go in so often. They are both knowledgable about all their products and also very good fun to be with. They recognise their customers from previous visits and cant do enough for them (even mending a cut finger once!) although, just a Burger Press today!. Well done and Pro Cook should be proud of all their staff, especially the mature ones! Simon

The staff are so helpful, always an uplifting experience.

Lovely chatty staff that gave us some excellent advice.

Staff friendly and helpful, well laid out shop, clean and tidy, items to suit all budgets.

All ways get friendly and helpful service

I'm a big fan of ProCook. I started buying online and was very pleased with the quality. But now I've found the shops and can get to really explore what they have. Staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. My kitchen is becoming quite based around a lot of their offering - and it lasts well!

Helpful, friendly staff, not pushy

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the items we wanted weren't in stock but they were able to order them to be delivered to our home which was brilliant.

Friendly patient staff who were able to answer all my questions. Gave good advice to make correct purchase.
Nice to get your purchased wrapped up makes it feel just that bit more expensive.

The member of staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Without any of the hard sale you can experience in some stores.
