Having experienced our home being…
Having experienced our home being ruined by a flood and recently returning home after 7 months away we needed to replace all of our kitchen utensils. The ladies particularly Donna were so helpful and understanding explaining the differences between the different types of saucepans etc that we soon made our choice. We were surprised that everything was made in China but prepared to give it a try. Procook certainly have an amazing collection of goodies.

Great product and great customer service
Went to buy a knife sharpener for my contour pro X50 knives and spoke to a lovely lady who gave me some excellent advice and even went to the trouble of getting a knife out and show me how to sharpen my knives buy giving a demonstration.I was really grateful and customer service with a smile goes along way.Thankyou to the lovely lady sorry I didn't get your name but she's a credit to the ProCook branch at Ditchling
