ProCook - Doncaster Opiniões

The lady who served us went above and beyond what we expected. Having gone to the store with a problem we had, she did everything she could to sort it. Unfortunately they were down to one working till in the shop. She was very apologetic and patient, and eventually it was sorted. The produce is of a very high quality and I would recommend.

Very helpful staff. Went to a lot of trouble to make sure the product was the right one for me.

Lovely friendly , helpful staff very knowledgeable.
Great store that I always leave with something even if it’s not on my list

A great response to sorting out the issue I had with the magnetic knife rack purchased the week before.

As usual friendly and helpful staff. Purchased a few items from here and never disappointed. This time needed smaller sandwich tins for my new air fryer.

Great value

We were asked if we needed help then left to look without constant pestering , we love the products and are really good value for money.

Good layout, well stocked and attentive (but not pushy) staff.

Great service, very helpful staff & great quality

the helpfull and friendly chearfull staff i was able to push a wheelchair around with no difficulties

ProCook is a lovely , clean and organised shop, and the service and attention to detail is excellent, so whenever we go to Lakeside we pay them a visit. We may just go in to have a look, but we always come out with something exciting! I’ve bought their pans, knives and scissors, and never been disappointed with either the quality or functionality of anything . ProCook is simply a name I can trust

Greeted on entering the store and was directed to the items we were looking for.
Advice given on viewed items and then was taken through the choices right through to selection and then payment. Good customer service

Ordered a replacement Milk Frother and Hot Chocolate Maker by telephone to Doncaster outlet and collected it 5 days later when we were over there. All ready for collection and a most friendly welcome from manager Tracey. It’s always great to visit this outlet.

Staff was friendly, helpful in finding me required steaming insert.
