the young lady knew exactly what I wanted and showed me several options. She was attentive and friendly and we talked through the benefit of each item.

The lovely assistant at branch at Kinnard Park Edinburgh was very helpful. Her name was Amanda. I bought the set of 3 cheese knifes, for £20, Amanda showed me where the sets were.
