Staff very friendly and helpful
Great experience

Very helpful and informative staff great products

Assistant very helpful and attentive.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and explained to us in detail about the pots and pans and how to treat the ceramic pans telling us the do's and the dont's that they recommend with them. Also they told us about the sale that was on and how we could get some bargains in the store

I was assisted really quickly and got helpful advice about a suitable product for my needs. I felt that I was guided to the best product rather than the most expensive as the assistant listed to my requirements and asked helpful questions about how and how often I would use it. I will definitely return.

Excellent customer service- polite and friendly, helpful staff - excellent product, quality and affordable prices.

Staff were very helpful, and the product has been great and at a fantastic price compared to similar items on the market.

Great service, the sakes person knew about products asked about and was very happy to help . Store was neat and clean and products well displayed.

Very helpful and nice customer services rep. Amazing range of products.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful assistant

This pan is great. Gets away from all the weird chemical coatings that are not too good for us.

Friendly staff and a nice shop floor presentation of stock

First visit to the newly opened store and was impressed by the staff and quality of the products I will definitely be returning

My visit to the store in Braehead was perfect. The retail associate was very kind and helpful and sourced the item I was after from the storeroom, after checking my previous purchases on the system to ensure I was purchasing the correct size pan lid.
