First visit to Procook. Loved the shop layout and product choice. Excellent customer service.

We bought the pans really in the store in Harrogate where the staff were excellent
We made the order on line as it was simpler for us once we had decided what we wanted
Ordering on line was simple and delivery was quick and as promised

Staff polite and attentive but not pushy. Like the products - easily found what I went in for.

The shop assistant was very helpful in choosing the item I was looking for. It was the first time shopping at ProCook. It won't be the last.

Wonderful range of kitchen products. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I returned a faulty cafetière to the Harrogate store. The customer service was fantastic, I selected a different cafetière which I am very pleased with.

The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable

Nice new easy access shop now, and more central. Staff really nice and helpful and products good. I’ve shopped there since I came to live nearby 5 years ago. Just the slope caught me out in the new shop, but I am 93

Lovely, helpful staff. Great range of products.

Good choice of knife sets in Pro cook store.

The store had moved without altering contact details online. I contacted another store for advice; they contacted the store immediately - who got back to me in minutes. I asked them to put an item aside and I’d be there the same day. As good as their word, it was ready - very friendly staff, apologetic for any problems caused. Happy with the product also

Good set of induction pans at reasonable value
