We had a good laugh with the men in the store…I had rusted my previous kitchen knives in the dish washer, I thought stainless steel was stainless! Anyway, they patiently took down and unwrapped knives... Ver mais

amazing service

I was served by sydney, she was so kind and very helpful. She knew a lot about the knifes and when it came to picking me out a new pan she listened to what i needed and I am very happy with the product!

Helpful staff in a new store who pointed me to what I was looking for and also got me a bargain. I love Pro Cook for the nifty little gadgets you can find.

Insufficient staff

Insufficient staff. Out of stock of the item required just 2 days after opening; asked if they would honour 20% "opening" discount if I ordered and paid for it the request was refused
