Staff were really helpful

Staff were really helpful. I need a set of knives and had absolutely no clue. They didn't push me towards more expensive items. I told them what I needed, and they also gave me upkeep advice.
The knives were also great! ( extremely sharp, I'll need to get used to that!)

Pro cook have a great staff

Pro cook have a great staff, always ready to help and knowledgeable of their products. I love going in store to browse around and see what’s new in.
This time I shopped on line as they had some real bargains in the sale.

The staff were so helpful

The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much. We wanted to test the weight and feel of products and they helped us.
They had excellent product knowledge and were able to guide on what was best for our needs.

Lovely early birthday visit

Went with my other half for an early birthday visit for myself! Great service in store - gave recommendations and advice, they were friendly - I look forward to buying from them again in future

Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. I was unsure as to what product I needed but after discussing what things I needed they pointed me out to a fantastic product.
