The lady who served me was approachable, helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the shop. She took care wrapping the items I bought which showed me she cares about her customers and about the products.

I was looking for some Steak knives…
I was looking for some Steak knives without rivets in the handles. (As I had previously looked in Amazon despite being a customer of theirs for over 30 years and aged 72 they needed age verification and me to get a credit card.)
Goodbye Amazon!!!
Back to ProCook i spoke with the young lady and she directed me to your rivetless steak knives which I must say are fantastic @ £17. Very happy customer.
