The sales person spotted that I was weighing up different items and that I was unsure which to purchase. He asked in a friendly manner if I needed any help and was very knowledgeable about the items.

The staff in the store were very approachable, helpful and informative. With their help and guidance I was able to select an item that was good quality and suited my purposes all for a reasonable price.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff, good value products, expert advice, what’s not to like?

Great product selection with clear descriptions to assist in buying queries. I’m super pleased with my new set of pans. The quality feels solid but they’re still surprisingly light and easy to handle, which makes everyday cooking much more comfortable. One of my favourite features is the stay-cool handles which make a big difference when handling the pans during cooking.

I’d also like to compliment the store staff for their help. They were friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and took the time to answer my questions so I could choose the right pans. Overall a great experience and I’m very happy with the purchase.
