ProCook - Trentham Opiniões

I have visited Procook stores in various locations and always found them well organised and the staff friendly. Of course, the main reason for shopping there is the quality of their stock.
Having recently moved to the area I’m pleased to discover a store locally!

I went to Pro Cook to purchase a hand blender. The assistant was really helpful he informed me the tools that went with the blender were on offer so bought those also..Adyen was friendly, smiley and chatty..Which tends to be a rarity these days..Thank-you Adyen😀

Good product range and lovely service from Honorata in the shop.

Good advice from the staff and competitive prices.

We decided to update some of our kitchen ware, and chose items from your shop in Trentham. The two assistants were very helpful and polite, really good service without being too intrusive

Always helpful and knowledgeable.

Great customer service

Always good quality products from Pro Cook. Staff very helpful when needed, definitely not pushy.
I bought a glass medium size roasting dish and a chopping board. Very good prices and quality. Well wrapped by the young lady on the till too

Great selection of products. Helpful staff

Straight in, bought what we went for and straight out. 😃

The sales assistant was really knowledgeable about the whole range of products. He helped me to purchase the best products for my needs. The range was comprehensive and of the best quality.

The sales person was extremely polite, helpful and found what I wanted without a lot of fuss. She handled all people in the shop fairly and was extremely professional. Well done.

Very helpful staff and a lovely shop that we enjoy visiting.

Oi love your aprons and now have five of them - all different but all the same good quality. I needed a splash back stencil for frying as stuff spits onto my cooker and marks it. I bought a different one years ago but the handle is in the middle and gets too hot so not good. Always very happy with my buys and live looking round your shops wherever I am

Great product. Excellent price. Shop we were in was beautifully set outand the staff were friendly and helpful.

From an advice question to a sales position where very good one happy shopper, many thanks.

We always have a walk around your shop when we’re in trentham and this time we found something of interest, the staff were well informed and helpful.
The products are good quality and reasonable price, not cheap but you get what you pay for
