Very Helpful Staff

So helpful, knowledgeable and lovely, nothing was too much trouble, even when I left one bag behind!

The staff were so friendly and very knowledgeable about the products on sale

Great service

The guidance and help we were offered at the Truro branch when buying kitchen knives was superb. We were not rushed with the purchase and given every opportunity to try the knives out on their chopping block and supplied vegetables - brilliant service! Thank you so much, we’ll be back soon.

Great staff knowledgeable in products helpful

The product was just what I wanted and the staff very helpful

Staff were so informative regarding the equipment I was looking at purchasing . They allowed me to trial the equipment and there was no pressure to purchase. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience and will certainly return .

Really nicely display in store of all products. Was able to purchase a kitchen tool that I required. Excellent quality. One year guarantee and good price especially as it was further reduced in the sale. Helpful, polite and friendly staff.

The two times we went into the shop both assistants were absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable about the products we wanted to buy but also above and beyond lovely to our two young children who were with us.

Brilliant friendly efficient shop assistant
