Great!

After a slightly nervous start, Natalya was extremely helpful in sorting out a very prompt appointment for me for an EPC assessment. Garath, the accredited assessor, rang, as promised, arrived exactly on time the next day, was very personable and helpful, and the certificate was available to view that same afternoon. Fantastic.

Booking my EPC report

I have booked my EPC report through propcert.
When I have made an enquiry Daisy Holmes has been very quick to respond which is quite something in todays world. So thank you Daisy.

Unhelpful and impractical.

Making one call to a tenant over the telephone, with no confirmation to them or landlord by text, call or email is inadequate. My tenant waited in on the day he thought had been arranged which turned out to be a miscommunication. I have had to pay a £90 call-out fee but will not try to rebook the appointment or use them again. Logging in to their website by own admission was not working at then time so I was not able to check appointment that way. Repeated emails to customer services, the last few of which they ignored. Unhelpful throughout.

Fantastic Customer Service

My experience today was really reassuring, Daisy White whom i spoke to on the phone guided me through the process of this (as needed this done ASAP to assist a property sale), She even kindly contacted an assessor to get a date and time fixed that worked around my needs.
an all round pleasant experience for someone who had no understanding of this process. Thanks so much Daisy..

Amazing Customer Services from Daisy

Used Openrent for EICRs. Brilliant service from Gabriella.
