What was a potentially mildly terrifying & intimidating process, was in fact, smooth, supportive, friendly & essentially very very helpful.

We had our audit, which I would imagine most people worry about beforehand as you don't know what to expect. I can honestly say it was actually a really good experience!

We recently undertook a voluntary compliance review by Darren as part of our propertymark membership. Darren really knew the industry inside out and was very insightful and helpful in ensuring we are right up to date with our compliance reviewing our sales and lettings terms of business, company policies for AML and all general terms of business. He made a number of great suggestions to fine tune our processes as well.

Always approach these things with a degree of trepidation but, no need. Ali who conducted the audit in this instance was friendly from the outset,and it was more of a helpful conversation gently pointing out any deficiencies in our compliance and set up, and providing useful guidance as required.

Really useful experience - the process identified a few issues but equally gave us confidence on the systems and processes we have in place. Would recommend the process.
