I went into Imobile to fix my phone. Ana was do helpful and said would be expensive to repair and would be better to buy a new mobile I was worried about cost and she showed me phones that were inexpensive I bought one There and then and she transferred everything onto my new phone. I went in very anxious and came out very happy. Thank you Ana at Epsom you are a star.

Amazing customer service
What can I say! Anna was outstanding! Fantastic customer service all round! Would highly recommend for any repairs, a smiley face, great advice, customer relations and great products!

The staff is amazing. I came for some tech support with my iPad, and they did everything they could to get it fixed, and that required quite a few different options and a lot of patience!

Smashing customer service
Came in with a smashed iPhone 13 Pro, I was quoted £550 to fix it from Apple. iMobile offered to fix it for me for £100. Absolute bargain, the lovely woman in the shop Ana even gave me a free battery replacement (you know how these iPhone battery’s are 🙄). Saved me over £900 as I was gonna buy the new iPhone 15 Pro. 100% recommended!

Unbelievable customer experience
Unbelievable customer experience. Was greeted and helped by a super friendly Anna. Helped replace my I-phone screen protector and because of a tiny microscopic fault she ended up giving it to me for free. Well done Mobile team and well done Anna.

I would recommend going to this shop if you want to be served with honesty and happy employees. Special thank you to Anna , she was extremely helpful, she gave me space to choose what I wanted to buy without putting pressure or follow me around the shops, which is what you get in other shops .she managed to help me with all the accessories for my iPhone and Apple Watch . Store atmosphere is 5*
