Delivered on time and product exactly as advertised.

I’d subscribed to a “back in stock” alert for the Rigexpert 500 on this site, and another famous store. I guess being the official uk retailer gave W&S an edge but it’s been 10 days now and the other site still has no stock. So full marks for availability.

Cannot fault waters & Stanton,fault with DHL.emailed to say delivery Monday needed signature so stayed in ,no delivery, same Tuesday,no delivery,same Wednesday. Kept emailing them and kept being told on the van out for delivery.after about 8 emails from me finally got delivery on thurs. hope others have better luck,8

you upheld your part your service, items are well package and received in good condition, but was disappointed by the courier the parcel did not arrive till 24 hrs after having been given a time slot and day date for the previous day, it was lucky that we were home that day. DH.

The items got lost in the mail, replacements were immediately dispatched and arrived the next day, what more could you ask for, brilliant service.

Delivery and service were very good, with no issues there. The headset works well and does what I need it to do for my radio.

The only issue was that the product image shown did not match the item I received. I contacted the team and they explained that the item supplied was correct, but the listing was using an old stock photo.

Overall, I’m happy with the headset and the service, but the product photo should be updated so buyers know exactly what they are getting.

Great value, good communication, carefully packaged and very easy to deal with.
I especially like the friendly informative YouTube videos which have helped me enormously.

Excellent, no-fuss service. I've been dealing with W&S for many years and they have always done their best to get our item to us quickly, and to keep us informed if there's any delay.

A rather large oversized item took approx 8 days to arrive in New Zealand from time of order placed - which considering is pretty fast, price of shipping was pretty fair due to the size of item.
Although I have not had a chance to open the package as yet it seems to be in good order.
Due to the speed of delivery, good notifications etc I'd happily deal with the shop again.

Totally satisfied with W&S sales and customer service and the actual product (Diamond 2m 5 ele beam). Order was processed quickly and shipped same day, well packed on arrival. Took me ages to open it :-)

Alas not so impressed with Royal Mail side of things, I would say don't bother purchasing any of the RM "faster delivery" options as it wasn't.. remember 24 hours for example is an "aim" not a guarantee!!

However W&S have no control over this, they did their bit so happy to award 5 stars to them.

Items arrived in Norway in 5 days, I had no problems with any extra taxes. Smooth and easy.
The items was nicely packed too.

Delivery was fast. I had a problem with 2 orders (both my fault) and the support service was excellent via the contact form, fast and very informative

Very help staff. My items arrived next day. My first port of call if I require anything.
