The tyre fitter scratched my wheel but the Center Manager contacted me to apologise and then went above and beyond to remedy the matter. This included having the wheel repaired at no cost to myself.... Ver mais

Website lets the team down
Ordered a afternoon service through the website a couple weeks in advance. On the morning of the service the garage checked the day's worksheet and didn't have time to do it in the afternoon slot so had to contact me to drop the car earlier and change my plans.
Service got done but website should tell the truth

I’d had to return later in the week due to staff shortages and when I mentioned once they’d recommended new tyres that I had an appointment to get to. They made sure it was completed in time for me to get there.

Superb service
Thank you to the team at Protyre Bolton for their efficiency and support to fix the same problem I’d had to visit them for only 2 days before ( not a reoccurring problem of the garage’s doing).

Poor Customer Service
Placed my order online, went to my local garage and they refused to provide any service as they were under staffed.
Called customer service 2-3 times and waited 6-10 mins each time but no answer. Very poor customer service.
Stay away.

Avoid, poor fitting led to leak
Charged me extra to check a tyre that they installed as it has been leaking since they fitted it. They even advised it was likely dirt on the rim when fitted, but still charged to rectify it. Surely they should have made sure it was clean before fitting it!
If it was a new issue, then happy to pay. But to have to pay and be told a fitting issue, is very poor customer service.
