I got a call in the morning to ask if I wanted to bring my Campervan in a bit earlier as the manager was concerned that it might have been a tight timeline for them to complete my annual service if I arrived at 16:30hrs on a Friday. I arrived an hour earlier than agreed and the team were straight onto my Camper. Perfect. The fitter explained exactly what they were doing and they had me back on the road within an hour. Fantastic service! I was even given a complimentary ice lolly from one of the fitters! How kind and considerate. Great team. I'm recommending Protyre Autocare - Bolton to all my friends and family.

I'd booked my car in for 2 tyre replacements, but booked in the wrong tyre size. It wasn't a problem though as the staff were very helpful in sorting out alternatives and making sure the price was the same and I didn't have to re-book.

Went there last minute and they got me in within 5mins. Had a lad named joshua taking care of my car, he did an amazing job, he was professional, and easy to chat with. I’d gladly recommend him to anyone that goes there.

I visited today for a tyre change and couldn't be happier with the service. Josh provided excellent, friendly customer care from start to finish. He went out of his way to offer great advice and even identified and fixed a problem with my wheel nuts that I didn't know I had. Top man, thanks for sorting it all out!

Booked in for tyres and wheel alignmment, left it with them, came back for it, tyres OK but noticed alignment wasn't done, didn't tell me it wasn't done yet been paid for, obviously trying to get away with it, sly!! Was told someone would phone me regarding refund for the wheel alignment, they didn't! Had to phone up head office to sort refund out a few days later, wouldn't recommend these cowboys

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and got everything sorted quickly without any hassle. Prices was extremely good, the work was done to a high standard, and they made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

A special mention to Josh as well — a really polite and hardworking young lad who went above and beyond to help out. Definitely made the experience even better.

Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing tyres or vehicle work done. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

The staff were excellent and the service was quick and very professional.

Just be aware of the £5 ECO Charge added to your invoice by the company, not by the branch.

If companies want to be ‘climate responsible’ their words not mine, they shouldn’t be forcing their beliefs on customers and charging £5 for the privilege.

The tyre fitter scratched my wheel but the Center Manager contacted me to apologise and then went above and beyond to remedy the matter. This included having the wheel repaired at no cost to myself.
This is exactly how genuine businesses should be run.

Very easy to select the tyre I required to be fitted to my vehicle via the Protyre web site and also easy to arrange a fitting appointment.
On arrival I found the staff to be both friendly and efficient.

At Protyre Bolton they have friendly, helpful staff. I called in without an appointment as I was in the area and the previous day message said low pressure in one of my tyres. I also had noticed an occasional battery symbol. So I asked them if they were able to check both out and as always they were able to fit me in. I booked my MOT for later in the year at the same time.
