Top quality, been there on one saturday morning, very nice, helpful and polite staff.
Price was very good. I didn't even need to ask, but the tyres fitted were the lastest DOT, nice and smooth service. Been on a ride on motorway after the tyres were fitted, nice qnd smooth ride, good wheel balancing.

I am an experienced engineer though not in the automotive industry. I therefore like to see and discuss the details of the work to be done on my car. Protyre indulge this within the bounds of H&S so that I am happy with the extent and quality of the work.
I’m not so keen on the requirement to book jobs online in order to get offers as this doesn’t allow for discussion and flexibility.
Despite the odd frustration Protyre Bushey have been a ‘go to’ for the style of service that I prefer.

I Purchased a Silver inspection plus MOT for my car two weeks ago. The car failed and I was given an estimation of ten to twelve working days to fix it, having to book a new appointment and pay for it again. My surprise came when I checked the list of failures and found that some of them simply didn´t exist. (However there were others that impeded the car to pass). It is annoying that knowing that the car was not in proper condition after first inspection, MOT were carry out anyway.
After ask for a second opinion, the existent defects were fixed in half time (and cheaper) and MOT passed without issues.

Booked in for an MOT; seen promptly, and it was carried out efficiently and courteously.

Amazing highly recommend had a bit of an emergency due to my brake pads they fitted me in quickly and had it sorted within a couple of hours and generally such nice guys would not go anywhere else

This is the 2nd time I have used pro tyre to carry out an air-conditioning top up.. they had an early booking 12 hours after I booked online. I even payed using Klana. They stated that the air-conditioning was empty and needed a through check and top up. I had another vehicle one year back topped up and still going strong a year later so this is the reason for a return visit.. all in it took 2 hours..
