Great experience with service and MOT
Had my Service and MOT done here today. Very friendly staff and must give a shout out to Reece at Bushey Protyre. There was an issue with the DVSA servers today but Reece was able to ensure my car was serviced and I was on time to get my girls from Nursery.
I would absolutely recommend this garage to friends and family. Thanks again Reece!

Felt that we were misleaded with advice, declined to do the MOT work without repairs to advisory comments, which were very expensive

Thank you Reece for helping me sort out my tyre after having a problem with Asda not delivering it. Also, thank you to Asher for giving me a quote and quickly getting me booked in and sorting out my brake pads. Quick and reliable team here!

Failed to change tyre because of IT issues.
Arranged with appointment to Bushy branch initially told three hour wait as had been overbooked when arrived, then car taken in, tyre replaced in 30 minutes. When collected, told that their IT system was down so could not get authority to provide tyre. unable to sell me the tyre because it had been brought by the lease company to fit to my car. Had to take the trye off the car and put old punctured one back on. Told could not phone lease company as it was a Saturday. Wife was on the phone to the lease company who confirmed that IT system was unlocked and or they could call to get authority. Duty manager refused to refresh system, or call as too busy, chatting to another member of staff. Central call centre said that recently sacked the manager of the centre and that there were other issues, but could not resolve the matter. Waste an hour without getting the tyre changed

Helpful staff, great service and price.
Rees was incredibly helpful and is very knowledgeable. Everything was done on time and to a high standard - 4 new tyres fitted and balanced etc. in under an hour. The team of fitters clearly appreciate working there and it shows in their attitude too their customers. All this at a very competitive price as well.

Always great service from the team at Protyre Bushey. They always tell me how much work will cost, what’s involved & why it’s needed. This time I booked my aircon re-gas online. When I dropped the car off, they told me it would be about an hour & they called me an hour later to tell me it was all sorted. My aircon is cold again. Thanks!

Booked a 10am Front Wheel Alignment
Booked a 10am Front Wheel Alignment, arrived at garage at 9:50am. Was told that had to wait short while as one car on ramp. Waited almost 1hr then told would need to wait longer. Asked what time it can be done, told to come back at 3pm. When I came back car was promptly put on ramp then told that the machine was playing up/faulty and rear tyres could not be measured. No report given. Also was told my car could not have camber adjustment as they were not allowed to adjust those bolts. However if machine was working the Toe could have been done. Waist of a day and two trips 16 miles total. Poor communication and negative staff demeanour.

IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CAR AVOID THIS…
IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CAR AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!! AVOID!! NO LONGER GOING TO THIS GARAGE. I booked my car for all my 4 tyres to be changed at Bushey branch on 22nd July. They call me on 21st to inform issue with tyre delivery so re-booked appointment for 23rd July. Got car back with the garage advising that the TPMS light will stay on for 10 mins and will go away. Did a 25 mile drive on Motorway, TPMS light stayed on. Checked air pressure and one of the tyres was severely under inflated. TPMS light didnt go away next day so called Garage and was advised to bring car back in on 27th. Took car back to Garage who put their hands up stating that nothing wrong with TPMS sensors on tyres it is an issue with the car's actual conputer system.
There was no issue with the car at all prior to me taking it in.
If there was they could have informed me beforehand. They cant even give an excuse that they tried to call me as I was waiting at the garage the whole time.
