Failed Appointment - no apology, no follow up, unreliable and unprofessional
Title: Booked slot, no tyres, no apology
Paid in full and booked a 10:30 fitting for four tyres on my Defender. Drove 45 minutes to arrive on time. The tyres had not been delivered. Staff said the driver was an agency driver, they could not contact them, they usually arrive sometime between 10 and 12, and there was no ETA. I was told it was not their fault and they did not know why I had been booked in.
I have a one-week-old baby at home and my wife has just had major surgery. I said I could wait a short time, not indefinitely with no idea when the tyres would turn up. I then drove 45 minutes home. An hour and a half wasted, plus diesel, for an appointment that should not have been offered if the stock was still on a van they cannot even call.
I cancelled and asked for a refund, and emailed customer relations to give them a chance to put it right. The refund did come through. Nobody replied to the complaint, and there has been no explanation or apology.
The tyres themselves were never the issue. Being given a firm slot with no stock on site, then ignored once I complained, was. I would not book a timed fitting with them again.

A really grumpy/ angry man refused to…
A really grumpy/ angry man refused to do my MOT after I had already paid, this is after they rescheduled from a Wednesday to a Saturday!!!! The are sending me a good will gesture, along with a refund. Must say they have no professionalism whatsoever
I had to take my car there twice with unresolved sensor issues putting me two weeks off the road rather than a day. They sent me away saying the car was fine, ha!!! Perhaps ill sue for lose of earnings too. Get new employees in, YOUR MOT SERVICE IS ILLEGAL AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
