I visited pro tyre very last minute on a Saturday and they were able to repair my tyre. Thank you to luke and the team for helping!

needed two new tyres for my Volvo, i had booked them a day earlier than i thought. Luke said if i come back in 2 hrs he would fit them for me at no extra cost.

Mr Luke checked and adjusted the tracking on my Freelander 2 so that the readings on the tracking report were all green. My tyre wear should now be even at least until I hit the next pothole.

Open on a bank holiday which is good and carried out the wheel alignment on my Tesla which took 2 hours.

At Chesham Protyre, I had 4 wheel tracking done on my car. I booked it in and informed of when to collect. I went to collect and there was a delay and I had to return one hour later. The supervisor/manager there said they had done 4 wheel tracking and adjustment.
On 28 August 2025 I went to National Tyre & Autocare and had four wheel tracking checked again. They said they had checked the front and rear. They said the rear was so seized , tracking was slightly out. They couldn't adjust it as it was nonadjustable. I said that Protyre had checked and adjusted the tracking in March 2025 .The National tyre centre said there is NO WAY the Protyre could have adjusted it on the rear ( which they said they had done) as it is totally and for a long time, seized and needed rear suspension arms changed to be able to do the job.
So Protyre Chesham lied to me and I would not advise anyone to go there ever. Extremely poor customer service and dishonest.

Noticed I had a nail in a tyre so I went to Protyre.
Within the hour I had 2 new tyres fitted matching the other 2 on the car

Chesham branch was polite and helpful, and arranged an appointment.
Explained the ryre leak, and fitted a suitable new tyre quickly

I called the team needing 4 new tyres for my Range Rover, they were really helpful and had them ready for fitting at 8am the next day. Other suppliers were quoting a week! Price competitive and when I arrived, ready and waiting and got the job completed quickly, including checking and resetting suspension geometry.
