Book for a air-con refill told me 45 mins, I waiting 1hr 30mins before asking what’s going on… they didn’t inform me that my car couldn’t hold and had to be taken out to 0%. Ok cool the car has a fault but no common sense to inform me let me sit there like a fool, no customer service stars here! Staff reception sat there looking at his phone leg crossed in front of him also his boss behind didn’t seem to mind

I booked an MOT. I dropped my car off just before the alloted time. The gentleman taking my booking was kind and respectful. I received a phone call to say my car was ready and again I received good customer service.
