Keeping to the time u book ie I was nearly 2hrs waiting beyond my booking

Prices are reasonable and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful

Service was fast, I even added an extra tyre to my order last minute and the best price I could get for quality tyres.

Very very slow poor service

Booked a puncture repair at 9.am for 1pm same day, arrived 12.50 pm car didn’t enter bay until 13.45 and that was when I questioned time scale, nearly a hour later than appointment, told 2 men down, but you knew that when I booked appointment,you had my number could have rang and said running late, but all I got was moaning about had no breakfast or dinner break from desk.
Shame but I am the paying customer at end of day, that’s not my problem

Was having trouble finding correct make and size of tyre for my Suzuki Swift Sport. Protyre Kilmarnock found,supplied and fitted them the same day at a great price 🙂

The appointment was for 11am and waited for just over an hour for 1 tyre change to be completed.

Great customer service from Alan the manager. He kept me updated with job progress at all times.

Quick and efficient

Poor customer Service by office staff, phone was slow to answer and while waiting to have tyres fitted the phone was totally ignored no fewer than six times. Tyre fitting was perfect and the fitter was professional a check of the wheel studs after fitting show then at the correct torque and pressures equally balanced

No hassle, no nonsense, no doom and gloom and oh this is going to be expensive. Job done without hassle and quickly.

Garage was helpful and efficient after unexpected burst tyre

Only 3 technicians on duty on a busy day. Waited 2 hour to get a puncture done. Manager and fitter very helpful and courteous, but everyone waiting for ages. You will lose customers if you do not increase staff levels. However on reflection the service and courtesy I received on this, and previous occasions compensated for the wait.

The member of staff that dealt with me was friendly, helpful and professional.

Quick, efficient and friendly. Great value for money.
