I was lucky enough to get my air con done very quickly after making a call to book my car in. Helpful and friendly staff so would definitely recommend

This is the second time i've used the services of protyre Autocare, Leighton Buzzard they have always treated me with respect and courtesy the booking in system is easy on line and very quick appointments if needed.
I will be returning to them in the future,

Friendly service and happy to apply the discount code as the online booking process wasn't allowing me to put it on.
Car now nice and cool as per recharging my AC.

Took car for an MOT. A fail was given. I inspected the fail (Repair Immediately) items and they were, in my opinion and according to MOT standards, advisory items.

Took the car elsewhere and these items were indeed classed as advisories.

It is extremely hard to find a garage you can trust, this not being one for me I'm afraid! I would advise to go elsewhere.

Seems this is common practice at this branch, check other reviews below.

I can only conclude from the reply received that the service offered by the garage is final. No room for improvement or discussion offered. No attempt offered to improve service. Advised to contact DVSA to appeal the decision. Further confirms my view, poor service and no further discussion. I will just go elsewhere. A shame really, clearly customer service is not valued here. Check other reviews for MOT issues...

I arrived at my booked time, man at the reception rudely told me that I am half an hour late. I told him that I booked this time and tried to show him my confirmation message with time slot shown, but once again this man rudely with raised voice said no you are half an hour late. Bare in mind this argument was happening out loud in front of other customers. It made me feel so uncomfortable especially that I came at the booked time and he wasn't even listening to me and his tone was very angry. Never coming to this place again and telling all my female friends not to go here as well to avoid getting in similar situation and getting yelled to by a man.

Awful place! I went in on a Saturday. Had MOT & silver service. They said they would call when ready, never did. I went back just before 1pm as I could not get through to anyone on the phone. Mot listed advisories and they were ordering a part. Never heard back from them. Service book was also not stamped. I went back to my previous mechanic before moving (85 miles away). He said the advisories were untrue and works certainly not required.
Would NOT recommend and will not be visiting again.

Checked my wheel tracking and did a great job rectifying it.

I ordered and bought 4 new tyres online to be fitted at this centre. When I got there i was advised that the tyres I had bought are wrong for my vehicle and would lead to very quick wear and tear.. I got sound advice on a better grade of tyre, they were ordered and fitted professionally the next day. Was very happy with the service and recommend this garage highly!

Perfect service. Air con in van recharged and working at a very reasonable price.

As a female customer, I appreciated the level of service and the friendly and unintimidating manner of the staff, especially the chap on the reception desk. I got an MOT and three new tyres and it was all sorted in a hour or so. They even threw in an oil check (at my request) and topped up my oil for free!
