Great service at Pro Tyres last, put my car in for a service in the morning, went back later in afternoon, a part thst was ordered and fitted was faulty on fitting so had to wait till next morning for them to get another part and fit. Thanks to Kevin for giving me a lift home after the garage had shut

Air con regas failed. Oil reading on failure reflected catastrophic levels - research highlight cause likely due to technical error in levels input at initial regas.
Full refund received with signpost to have full check of system.

Two different size tyres fitted
Ordered two tyres to be fitted, unfortunately they fitted two different size tyres, only one was correct.
Fortunately I checked before leaving, suggest everyone does the same.
They apologized and replaced the wrong tyre immediately.

Professional staff and good value for money.
Excellent and friendly communication from staff. Timely work carried out. Good value for money and easy to book the work. Nice room to wait in. My child liked watching the cars on camera. Would have been nice to have access to cold water and even better if there was air conditioning. The staff were suffering and were noticably uncomfortable and hot working so hard in it.
