The service overall was good
The service overall was good, from ordering, parking and waiting, with hot beverages to help yourself to while you wait. The only reason I took a star off was because of the customer toilet it was in a shocking state and obviously never gets cleaned.

Friendly, fair, honest. Not sure what else to say really. The branch I use in Poulton-le-Fylde/Carleton is everything you hope a mechanic/service centre will be.

My wife took our car for a pre booked puncture repair she said the car went in as arranged on time and said that the staff were very polite especially the young gentleman that showed her what had gone in the tyre
