Booked in for a tyre and they checked for a leak I had noticed from my brake fluid reservoir emptying. They found the problem and had a new caliper fitted the next day. Car was given an overall health... Ver mais

The tyre deal is good, but unfortunately, the staff’s behaviour was unprofessional and left a bad impression
If would say take deal on tyres only , I would recommend going elsewhere for other services . This is based honestly on my personal experience.
•The person at reception was very unfriendly and unprofessional. After looking at my package, their comment was literally: “You’re leaving with FREE stuff.”
I found this comment quite inappropriate. I had ordered and paid for everything I needed, including their standard service. Nothing was being given to me for free.
I expected a more professional and respectful attitude towards customers, especially when I was paying for the service. Unfortunately, the way I was spoken to left a very bad impression. 🙄
• The items included in the package were not even checked properly.
• On the positive side, the manager was quite helpful and approachable.
Overall, my experience was disappointing, mainly because of the staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism.
