Booked in for a tyre and they checked for a leak I had noticed from my brake fluid reservoir emptying. They found the problem and had a new caliper fitted the next day. Car was given an overall health... Ver mais

I had originally issued a one star, I did not expect anything to come of this however I appreciate someone taking the time and offering an apology.

Asked for tyres and pressure sensors to be changed, after agreeing a price and being told they could do the work.... later I had a further call stating breaks and pads needed doing and they could do the service for the vehicle. I politely decline stating I have someone for this. On collection of the vehicle the mechanic a was very rude and made up some lie as to why he didn't do the work agreed and just fitted new tyres with no pressure sensors. Either way, went to a new garage for the work who stated breaks and pads were fine the garage was just trying to scam me. On that note it's the last time I try this garage.

Great garage always my first go too…
Great garage always my first go too with any issues I have and the guys there are very friendly and helpful. Small mixup with my online booking but that was a website issue not the garage. They resolved the issue and had my service done within a few hours.

Be aware of prices!
I had a puncture and the tyre was replaced with a budget tyre, while the car was there I asked them to have a look at my brakes and two other tyres the price they give me for all of the work was £1360! This was way over what I had the actual work done for at another reputable garage (£260). I’m shocked that they can charge this amount of money for a job that can be done for a quarter of the price. Please be aware when using this garage!
