Great customer service and good prices. The staff are friendly and helpful and we've used them many times for new tyres, wheel balancing and air con regas. Would definitely recommend.

I got new tyres but sadly I witnessed 1 worker attend 3 jobs in quick succession whilst 2 other guys did nothing. Hardly a fair division of labour and definitely to the detriment of customers. Work... Ver mais
The tyre fitting was easy and done without fuss. Pity they weren't ready for me at the time I booked for, but they were honest and didn't keep me waiting about, I just went off and did some other stuf... Ver mais

Questionable management practices

Friendly staff.
Tyres were good value using the voucher sent.
The mechanical work took a long time and there seemed to be a lack of knowledge about my car's brake system.
And, was more expensive than I would of thought.

Protyre the staff are fantastic very helpful get the work done properly on my car cant fault them mark and Rory and the staff are brilliant they even let tou know if any other problems and they sort that out thank you protyre for everything you done for me and my car would not go anywhere else good service and fantastic staff that make you laugh

Absolute disgrace avoid at all costs

Took my car in for a simple nail in the tyre. First red flag: the fitter used screen wash to try and find the puncture. Yes, screen wash. He then got a public bollocking from a senior staff member right in front of me – professional.
After he “finished,” I had to ask him to put the wheel nut caps back on, which he’d completely forgotten. Basic stuff.
Then the kicker – they charged me £35 to plug a tyre. I’ve never paid more than £18 anywhere in Pembrokeshire. Absolute robbery.
Won’t be using them again. Bandits.

Very accommodating
Very accommodating , we had a puncture the day before and we're travelling back to Bournemouth, they managed to source tyres and fit them quickly. Very friendly and helpful and at a great price.
