Honest, straightforward advice on a brake issue. Able to accomodate the car at short notice to fix the problem.

The staff were extremely helpful, humourous, and personable. The tyres were good value. The alignment needed checking but the ramp there was in use so they arranged for this to be done at the Pembroke Dock depot, where the staff were equally as pleasant and engaging. I was expecting additional expense but the check was free and fortunately all was fine. They told me the brakes and suspension were in good order. This was very refreshing as often other companies try to sell additional services or parts.
An excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

I like going to Tiers Cross Protyre because the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They help me choose the right tyres for my vehicles and they explain the costs upfront, so that I know I am getting value for money. This time I booked a time slot which was great and stress free.
