Came to protyres after 2 well known garages could not fit me in for tyre change on route North. Despite being fully booked they changed my tyre straight away and professional. Will recommend and use again

I was able to get a good appointment and issues were identified quickly and efficiently, good communication throughout

Only called in for my tracking to be done as it was slightly out, when I got it back it was even worse.
When I went back and spoke with the very rude women on reception, I was told I'd have to wait 2hrs as they had other things to do and refused a refund until they had looked at it again.

Out of anger I took the car to Ats who were brilliant, not 1 of my wheels were in line the tracking was out by 16mm which they said was terrible.
They have also chipped the paint off my track rod ends when adjusting them as they used mole grips rather than a spanner.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Provided me with a first class service and really good advice. THANKS

Got tyre fitted within 2 weeks had big blow out done less than 80 miles on new tyre and it blew now refusing to deal with it saying it my issue impact damage they also stated that my handbrake is snapped n tried to bill me £500 to repair 2 hours labour and parts etc done it myself for £30 and in 40 mins also noted the heat shields and fuel lines have been damaged from Thier inspection instead of undoing it all properly it looks like it's been forced and just ripped off n stuffed back up first speed bump I came to exhaust heat shields and fuel lines scraped the floor was perfect before I took it to them

New tyres and valves on the SLK at short notice, as usual with efficiency and great service. Thank you.

As always excellent service never had a bad service from the staff here they’re always smiling always willing to help and the prices are good would say Will use Again but that goes without saying being going here for many years now and will keep going

I've used Protyre for a few years now, prices are always competitive compared to other local tyre suppliers and the service is always excellent.

The staff were friendly and very helpful needed something done and they were able to do it right away plus the after care was great

Great team, appointment on time. So many dropin requests came in whilst I was waiting for my cars MOT nothing was too much trouble.

Advised of all issues (minor) but not pushed to have them remedied at the garage, if there was anything more serious I'd be happy for the team to sort it.

Always do a good job. Friendly and helpful staff. They let you know what's needed and no hassle to get the jobs done. Would recommend.

Easy booking system, staff helpful and service efficient. Kept informed of any additional work and cost.
Paperwork a bit haphazard when picking the car , forgot to print MOT certificate, said it would be put in the post, still waiting.

Great lads, job done quick as I was going night shift. Receptionist/ team leader was 👍
