Very helpful and cheery staff, very quick.

Pricing fine, shortest turnaround (2 days) I could find when I had a bulge in my tyre. Took 2 hrs to change the pair and align, which was longer than I expected, but I got the impression they were short of staff this particular day.

Went to get an estimate and book a date to fit new tyres . Tyres were in stock and changed straight away .
Great staff , friendly and professional. Reception lady is lovely . Have used this place on Hollowgate many times .,

It was a great service and all done on time .

Took my car in for a puncture - was done efficiently and at a good price. The guys also looked at another issue I had, although it couldn’t be diagnosed, they took proper time to take a look and didn’t make me feel stupid about it! Really appreciate it, thank you!

Garbage!!! Fitted the wrong size tires to the car and then blamed me for ordering on black circles.com, charged me to remove them and then had to buy other tires from them, then said they would not refund me. After a lengthy argument. They finally did accept the return

Hi yes this is Mr Marty Singh, went to Pro Tyres Leeds road Bradford 3, met Billy who I usually like to get seen by, Billy looked after me, he always gives me good customer service, and always pleasant polite and professional, he had a look at my tyres and he said I need all 4 tyres, so ordered 4 brand new tyres again helped me choose which tyres were good for my car at a very good price, ordered them in for the next day, and got everything done the following day, excellent work. I have been going there for a few a years now, all because how Billy had dealt with me as a customer the very first time, excellent service. Thanks Billy. 5 stars

I’ve given Protyre three stars for the recent visits made to the Fareham branch.

The first star is for the service and four new tyres they said I needed on my first visit. I was left waiting almost 2 hours while other customers came in, dropped their cars off and later returned to collect them after the work had been completed.

The second star is for the second visit I had to make to the garage the following week after two of the new tyres kept losing pressure. Three of the four valves needed replacing.

The third star is for the third visit I needed to make a few weeks later after the tyre warning light on the dashboard kept coming on.

Overall, I’ve got to say it was not the best experience I’ve ever had for a bill of almost £900.
