Shame on you!
Shame on you!

Arme beestjes!!!😔

Puppies being abused
Do you want to help puppies being abused for Puppy Yoga? The program (Radar) went undercover to find that eight week old puppies (who need about 20 hours sleep per day) are woken up constantly and forced to cuddle with people. Footage shows scared, trembling and vomating puppies trying to find protection with each other and instructors pulling them apart again. So awfull…

Pure dierenmishandeling

RIP OFF! Puppy Yoga Amsterdam
Puppy Yoga Amsterdam. 20 people squashed into a very small, dirty studio (Elephant Studio) There was a session before ours and the puppies weren’t let outside so were urinating all over the mats. Only 20 minutes of yoga was given (advertised 30 minutes) Impossible to do all the poses as the mats were so close together. Minimal time actually spent with the puppies (9 dogs between 20 people) and they were just sleeping when it was time to (try to) cuddle. Most definitely NOT worth €40. Complete rip off. You won’t get a half decent yoga session and you’ll get minimal one on one time with the pups. Very disappointed 👎🏻

Great fun and would recommend!
Felt like I should write a review for the company since when looking to book puppy yoga as a gift, I was put off due to the trust pilot reviews however if you check there google reviews, they have outstanding feedback and reviews!
Comments from the people who the gift was for: ‘had a wonderful time, we had 3 litters of little sausage dogs for the session! Yoga was good but as a beginner they moved through it to fast as well as no warm up before the session (not sure if you have a warm up with yoga) but still enjoyed it! Puppy play session was so lovely, they provide treats to bribe the puppies to love you lol and provide lots of toys to play with the puppies with! Deffo Recommend and would go again!! Last note, the studio was clean, modern and beautiful space for yoga and play with puppies!

Best.Day.Ever
This was one of the best days ever.
I am really sad about all the bad reviews as I had a great time. When we first got there we were told to take shoes off and leave all our stuff (aside from phones and water bottles). There was plenty of space and plenty of yoga mats. The whole session was an hour and so worth it for the snuggles and photos!
We sat and listened to the rules and were happy to see the breeder of the pups there looking after them. They had adequate water and air conditioning.
The pups were then let out, there were toys and balls to encourage them to play. We were told not to force them over so we just allowed them to wander.
The pups seemed happy overall ( a few small accidents but that’s to be expected when they’re little ). The staff picked them up and put them on people’s laps so we could all have some nice cuddles.
We then did 15/20 mins of yoga while the pups were snuggling into and trying to join in, with the yoga.
The staff were so lovely and kind, a funny yoga instructor who made jokes throughout and was really happy.
It was perfect to snuggle the pups and take lovely pictures. Great photo opportunities.
During the yoga, music was on and many of the pups had rest time and had naps.
We spoke to one of the ladies and she explained how the pups have half an hour slots between each session and there were 3/4 today.
This is the first one in BRIGHTON and me and my best friend absolutely loved it.
Terrible company to deal with
I caught covid and called to say I was extremely unwell with a continual hacking cough and for the sake of a room full of people, I should stay at home. COVID gave me no warning so, unfortunately, I could not forewarn Puppy Yoga I might need to rebook without 72 hours' notice. However, when I spoke to the 'events manager' to ask if she could move my booking to the following week, the answer was 'no 'unless my tickets were sold I would lose the money. I said that was not a good policy as I would not lose the money and I would come if forced, she said that was FINE?! Fortunately for me, we agreed to attempt to resell the tickets and if they sold she would do me 'a favour' (a push of a button) and rebook them! They sold and I was booked for the following week as I had originally requested. Really unimpressed by this point that a wellness business could have this little compassion, as I was audibly so ill. We were all set for the following week and I booked the first out of 5 sessions with the puppies (we were rapidly realising how long the puppies were being handled with hardly any downtime). We booked the 10 am as it was the first and the quietest session of the day. A couple of days later I missed my emails by 10 minutes and the session for this booked and ticketed event had been canceled for building 'maintenance' and they were unable to accommodate us in any other session, seriously unprofessional. Suddenly refunds are an option. My daughter was gutted as it was her birthday present but I am relieved this company clearly has no morals. The whole way through communicating they came across like they were doing me a favour. You did ultimately, I got my refund (after I was told you have a strict no refund policy) and I swerved exploiting those puppies. Your wellness and mental health values definitely do not align with your company ethos, very unprofessional to deal with and total double standards/hypocrital policies. A wellness business with no cares to give... And reading these reviews only goes to prove it further. Avoid!
DON'T DO IT. BOOK ELSEWHERE
Poor booking process and email communication. Time changed to a whole hour earlier than originally advertised - just 2 hours before the class with no option for exchange or refund despite the major inconvenience they caused. Poor hygiene practice with 10+ people packed into a small space and 5 puppies pissing and shitting everywhere - including on the yoga mats and just a teenage girl walking around with paper towel as their cleaning policy. It was vile. On top of that I paid an extra £10 for the 'photo opportunity' as an extra treat for niece's birthday - total rip off! They had no techniques, no control of the puppies whatsoever and couldn't even get half of them in the pic at once. I just ended up with a bunch blurry photo attempts on my phone which I could've done myself for free. I felt sorry for the yoga instructor who they rope in under the guise of 'puppy yoga' as it's mockery of their training. People showing up in jeans and full face of make up to do 15 minutes of stretching and 45 mins trying to get the perfect instagram pic. It's ridiculous. So if that's your reason for attending and you don't mind paying some rude and greedy opportunists who don't give a damn about customer service then I'd say go ahead and book with puppy yoga. There's a reason why they've always got spaces when all their competitors are fully booked
I went to a London Puppy Yoga class
I went to a London Puppy Yoga class - I had a number of concerns beforehand, but was pleased to see that this company does actually follow some good practice guidelines and were very responsive at getting back to me. If you are going to go to one of these classes then I would advise you read their FAQs carefully beforehand or email them about what to expect and arm yourself with those answers before you go. If you don't want to be someone who is stopping a dog from sleeping quietly on their own (however, the very sleepy ones are taken out to the rest room, which was great to see), or you are generally uneasy about it in general, then this isn't the class for you. The handlers were professional and very kind to the pups, there was water always available and they were very 'on it'... but do your research, ask the questions and then make a decision. Presumably, most pups aren't fully vaccinated either, so whether it's a good idea for them to be mixing with a variety of people, is another thing to consider (we did use some anti bac and take shoes off, but germs can come from other forms). I will probably not go again, or recommend a class 'in general', but this is more of a general feeling than anything against this actual company. All in all - I would recommend this company as one of the better-run ones (from what I've seen online).
Animal abuse puppy yoga sheffield
I went to Puppy yoga in Sheffield and felt like I had been massively misled. I was told before arriving that there would be enough puppies for each person. I turned up and there were about 25 people crammed into a hot claustrophobic room with only 12 puppies. They were constantly being disturbed from their sleep and passed around like rag dolls. The poor things just wanted to rest. I feel guilty I ever paid and went to one of these vile abusive money makers.
Poor poor pups!
I do think it’s a good idea for puppies to socialise with different people & I hope other companies do it in a way that it safe for the puppies but this company are not that place.
They’re forced to do sessions back to back, bouncing from the “therapy” then to the “yoga” forced to stay awake for hours on end when they need to spend most of their time at such a young age sleeping.
Some of them were falling over they were so tired and others were agressive in a way I’ve never seen in puppies before, I’m worried some have been fed things to keep them awake for the next session if they’ve been sleepy in the one before to cause that behaviour.
The staff were rude & dismissive when asked how they cope with the long day. I just don’t trust them to be looking after the puppies.
STOP USING PUPPIES FOR STUPID YOGA CLASSES
I’ve not heard of anything so ridiculous in my life Puppy Yoga how cruel I’ve just watched ITV news about how cruel and abusive these companies are allowing tiny puppies left in a room for hours with no water and keep waking them up when they so desperately need sleep to grow - disgusting abusive people - Stop paying for these stupid money grabbing classes !! I absolutely adore dogs and can’t believe these companies are being allowed to use these dogs for their own abusive practices like torture and cruelty to animals - so sad I hope RSPCA can intervene and remove these poor dogs from all puppy yoga companies close down their businesses!! I’ve never heard anything so inhuman!
