I was extremely pleased with the overall contact initially and received a picture of how the fraction was going to look .
I understand it was probably difficult because of the size to put an inscription on and the hallmark but somewhere after that being done then it did get a little misshapen and there were scratches on it . This was reported back . I wasn’t sure if the fraction was sent immediately from the hallmarkers or if it went back to the person who designed & made it in the first place but somewhere along the line before it was sent out to me it should have been checked again . Unfortunately due to the time scale I did not take pictures as it was being given as a special present to my goddaughter the following day at a party .
I’m sure she was pleased with such an unusual present but for me and what I paid I did expect it to be perfect .

Worst experience

My first order of a shiny heart was great. So I thought I would like another one. I was disappointed with the new one as it was not as nice as the first one. I realize it’s poured silver but it could have been a little less raggedy and more smooth like the first one.

Steve made a mould for me in the style of a snowflake. Have used it many times in my microwave kiln to fuse glass. Thank you Steve it works well

Order stuff from them often, since they were on Etsy, they have beautiful products and the silversmith is a solid guy who I have had the pleasure of speaking with on Etsy a few times when purchasing back in the day BUT I Don't know why they have started so much trump love. Don't get me wrong, it would make me just as uncomfortable to have any other politician or their ideals on a bullion round (ain't no one want Kamala koin). Makes it hard to collect because they are now suddenly attached to this stigma. The gulf of America coin seems like pandering, and is just sad. Not what a proud company, from a proud country like Scotland would do. Private rounds should be fun, not political. Now any bullion from PSS which carries the PSS name, also carries the political side.

Quick smooth transaction. Item well-packaged & sent promptly as always. The turnaround for receiving your silver bullion is way quicker & cheaper than 'The Royal Mint' and the likes who furthermore charge you a fair whack of VAT & they also cheekily keep you waiting for your order whilst they are there! Unless it's a massive order of course because we all know money talks! You're just a number to the Royal Mint if you place a small order for bullion, so expect to be kept waiting at least a week + before they even dispatch it!
However, at Purescottishsilver, even if it's a tiny little order, they will have it with you in days, which is great customer service in my book.
