Purple Granite Opiniões 

Recently had quartz countertops installed to finish off a new kitchen install. The whole process from templating to installation was carried out in a quick and professional manner with no issues. The finish and join on the countertops look absolutely amazing, especially as our kitchen walls have a curved angle.

Would highly recommend Purple Granite to anyone.

Regular updates, everyone I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Fast turnaround. Love the worktops!

WATCH-OUTS……
- Ask for your worktop joins to be polished. If you don’t the cut is really rough so isn’t smart at all when the grouting is put in. Not sure why this wouldn’t just be done as standard?
- Get your own silicone/grout to match your worktops. Purple Granite only supply black/white or clear silicone and the grout the guys have to mix up colours to match as best they can!?

Surely the above should be standard practise? There are tonnes of grouts and silicones to match and even if you want to charge extra at least give people an option or just let them know!? Do something!

Other than that I’ve got a cut on my sink not centred which is pretty annoying.

The sales man was really nice helpful and patient, the templater very nice as were the guys that fit the top. If only they were given the proper tools to do the job!

I don’t very often write a review but felt I had to this time. I cannot praise Purple Granite enough, from the initial meeting to choose our worktop, to the fitting, they have kept us up to date with every stage of the way, I would HIGHLY recommend them, I know this is going to seem a bit weird to say, but how they come out template, then get all the holes, Sink, hob, hole for tap, hole for waste disposal in exactly the right place was amazing. ( I know it’s their job) but it all fit so perfectly

I have recently used purple granite for a new kitchen installation. I was first attracted to Purple because of the quick turnaround. They didn’t disappoint templating on a Monday fitting on the Friday. The pricing was cheaper than other companies I got quotes from. I was sent samples to confirm the product choice. I’d recommend Purple to anyone.

We decided to change the granite on our central isle which contains a hob with fan extraction. I thought not an easy task, how wrong I was. Richard came along and templated the area, helpful, polite and in no time the design was sent to the factory. A week later our new granite arrived and an hour later the new top was in place and hob fitted. We are so pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Purple.

I'm having a horrendous experience. I'm now having to pay to go through the courts to get a refund. I've had to pay a company to remove my worktop because it was dangerously broken around the oven and hob.
Purple granite brown threatening to charge be to continue to come out and repair it. They sold me a terrible product and I'm still trying to get my money back.

Recently had my Quartz worktops fitted, my wife and myself absolutely love them! Purple granit saved me over £1000 off my quote from my kitchen supplier! From seeing Laura to choose my worktops, to Aaron coming to template…through to Terry to complete the fitting!! The service was outstanding! From template to fitting was only 3 working days! Excellent choice of quartz and at a competitive price.The templating was done on Monday and fitted Friday.Fast turnaround ,also I was able to see the piece of quartz before it was cut to see how it would look in my new kitchen.From start to finish Purple always keep you updated. We are over the moon with our new workshops, island and splash back. From the minute we walked into the showroom and spoke to an incredibly knowledgable salesperson Laura, who knew what I wanted down to the product name just from my describing, through to the templating, fabricating and fit we are delighted. The quality of the product is outstanding and exceeded the look we were trying to achieve. Even when things were a little difficult in the middle of the process, due to an issue with the slabs chosen, the solution was found and the situation resolved. The fitters worked tirelessly, they were helpful, professional, hard working and energised throughout the entire 7 hour shift they worked to get it perfect for us! From the minute we walked in to the shop in Worcester, right up to the final fitting of the worktops today, genuinely could not be happier with the overall service. Everything single thing was no problem whatsoever, everything we were told was going to happen happens bang on time. Everyone, right from the customer facing people in the shop, the templates, the fitters, the people on the phones were a pleasure to deal with. And at the end of it…..fantastic worktops
