Very disappointing experience with PUSHAS. I ordered three pairs of shoes, but received only one item, and it was completely incorrect.

I have contacted PUSHAS multiple times and given them more than enough opportunity to correct the issue. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, the matter remains unresolved and I have still not received a proper refund or satisfactory resolution.

For a customer who has paid for three products, receiving one incorrect item and then having to repeatedly chase customer support is simply unacceptable.

I expected much better customer service and order fulfilment from PUSHAS. I am extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled.

I would strongly recommend that customers carefully consider the customer service and refund process before ordering.

PUSHAS needs to take responsibility, resolve these issues promptly, and provide customers with the service they have paid for.

I wish I could give this company -star review. I am appalled that there is a company out there operating with such terrible practices.
I have followed up numerous times regarding the whereabouts of my order. It has now been 3 weeks and still no shipping notification. Im in the process of lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I suggest other unsatisfied customers do the same to have this company removed.

It's not possible for me to give a low enough rating to reflect how awful they are. The pair of shoes were delayed by months, no customer service besides shitty broken automated chatbots for their emails, instagram etc that would do nothing to answer my 15+ queries about where my delivery was. To top it all off, when the product did finally show up (a purportedly brand new pair of $400 Kobe's), the shoes were completely unusable/faulty on account of the entirely non-functional traction, compared to the exact same model of Kobe I had ordered elsewhere previously.

TLDR: Do not order from this sorry excuse of a company, I genuinely regret not calling my bank to do a chargeback before it was too late.

Do not under any circumstances uses this "business" there slimy middle men that don't deliver and have absolutely no customer support. Dogshit people whoever they are

Customer service is non existent

I’ve ordered $1.4k worth of clothes (7 items) I followed up a day after their 2 week lead time and have had cop out emails back from a “Kristine” the mobile number associated with the company probably leads to a fake sim, and now 7 weeks later I’ve said I want a refund and they now conveniently can’t respond. DO NOT PAY THEM.

A pair of asics cost more the bigger the size you wear lol $655 for a single pair of asics & you’d think they’d include the shipping fee free of charge 🤣🤣🤣 what a joke of a company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered shoes a month ago and got no updates whatsoever. When I first purchased this, it said estimated delivery was 1 week, hence why I purchased it as a gift. Whenever i emailed them, it was the same reply and excuse that they needed it to get authenticated. Disputed with the bank and got my money back.

I would never recommend Pushas. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

1. Wrong size delivered and very poor customer service

I ordered my shoes in March, but Pushas sent me the wrong size. I emailed them many times asking to return the shoes and exchange them, but no one replied for almost a month. Even after they finally responded, different people kept replying to my emails, and it would take one to two weeks between each response.

Instead of giving me a refund, they only offered me a gift card. I was also charged a return fee to send the shoes back. The gift card I received was only $288, even though I originally paid $330.

By the time I tried to reorder the shoes I actually wanted, the price had increased. Because I had no choice but to use the gift card, I ended up buying a different pair of shoes that I didn't even like just to use the credit.

2. Delayed delivery and damaged package

My second order was supposed to arrive within 10–18 days, but it was delayed. I had to email again, and once more it took a long time to get a response.

When the parcel finally arrived today, the packaging was damaged, and one white sock was missing. I asked the delivery driver, but he said he didn't know what happened.

Now I'm left wondering—who is responsible for the damaged package and the missing sock?

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Poor communication, long delays, extra charges, no refund, and now a damaged delivery with a missing item. I will never buy from Pushas again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Do not rely on the promised delivery times, as they will come back and say that this is a marketplace and it is out of their control. The customer service is not very good.

I have ordered two pairs of Nikes more than 3 months ago. The tracking link shows one has been delivered and the other returned to sender. Their response is it takes time to lookin to the order. Three month!!! They are not reliable.

Do not buy anything from PUSHAS. We have lost our maney as they sold us an item that wasn't available from their supplier. They even took the postage money. I have no product, no refund and no communication at all from the company. We have tried 10 or more times to make contact with them. The only response has been an automated answer completely unrelated to the matter. It appears there is not a single person available to discuss the probelm or even repsond appropriately. PLEASE do not get scammed like we did.

Worst experience! Ordered a bday gift for my son 3 weeks ago, says it’s waiting for a courier to pick up. Head office is so unhelpful, literally no help at all. DO NOT purchase from Pushas!

Usually love the products I acquire via Pushaz, but delivery times are excessive - if deliveries are longer than 1 week, it would be nice to get updates on whereabouts

Never received my order, said it was waiting to be authenticated and then let me know it was not available - this has dragged out for over 3 months still no refund

Never got my package asked for verification swnt my passport they have been ignoring me will be reporting to consumer affairs

What a scam!! Do not engage with these thieves! they’ve taken $900 for two pairs of shoes in March! It’s June and I don’t have my shoes, no one responds at all. Never felt so disappointed with an Australian retailer don’t waste your time and especially your money with these guys

Ive ordered shoes from Pushas for well over 10yrs now and they have never failed to deliver. The shoes are always of great quality.
