Excellent Customer Service

The excellent customer service I received from Sian Pilarska, who resolved problems over technicalities with payment. Also the speed of delivery and products well packaged.

Excellent service

from placing the order to the time of the delivery, the service has been outstanding. item was securely packed and the fitting instructions very clear and easy to understand.

Upon reviewing the details of your order, we observed that there was a slight delay in getting your order dispatched, which you should have been notified about. I can see your order was then dispatched on the 6th and delivered on the 11th. Great product. Terrible delivery servic…

Product and distribution great. Delivery was terrible! Said they had delivered, I was in all day and no one was seen on my camera all day. It was taken to a post office for collection which was inconvenient and shut when it was convenient for me.
