Still not received my purchase yet
Just received my fire it looks good very good service 👌 delivery a bit late but got there in the end

The fire came on time when it was supposed to we unpacked it and realise that the fake log on top were all smashed so phone the company explained what we found she asked for a picture to be sent by email which we did we are still waiting for a response

Excellent, informative web site and prompt dispatch and delivery. E-mailed queries to customer service were answered quickly and pleasantly.

Nice heater
But i couldnt find the fittings they said to use !! All female tee pipe !!
Doesnt exist !!

I’ve still not received goods 2 weeks later with no correspondence

Excellent on time and as ordered,used for heating under bay window in bedroom to try and elliminate condensation, on a timer for early evening and a couple hrs early morning, very successful so thanks for a good product and service.

Product is Very good quality and easy to assemble and fix on wall
Very happy with qauality of out put heat and setting timers

The fire is now keeping my living room warm and comfortable, however we had to wait 8 days without a fire during which time the brass model we had ordered was discontinued so ŵe went for the black model and as s I said is doing a good job.
The delivery was on time and the driver cheerful and helpful.

I had to change to electricity from a log burner due to health issues and this fire just looks so good in the space the flames are so realistic also!

They answered my queries before I placed the order, the product was despatched quickly and arrived as required. Excellent service that I will use again should I need a similar product. Highly recommended.

Received my item promptly,Worked lovely for 24 hrs. Then stopped working I have rang several times and have been told it would be replaced. Told I would be rang with an update at least 5 times but no phone call was forthcoming. Still waiting . Delivered on the 12 th November. Still waiting for an update.

Lovely fire, so real looking I want to put more logs on..
