I'm not an accountant - I work in IT, so this isn't about the product but the support.
I have found the install team at QTAC to be faultless. Requiring very little input from me, the team are able to perform installs/upgrades/migrations/system moves and stick at it until all problems are solved. They are polite and employ a non-harassing form of support which is really appreciated in a busy environment.
Couldn't recommend them enough!

The People at QTAC are a fantastic Support, no query is too small, they are NEVER condescending, they listen, advise & get things sorted, I love that they can take over my machine & do what I cannot.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST FOR SUPPORT WITH SOFTWARE INSTALLATION YEAR 2021/2022.

The problem which caused great difficulty in installing the 2021/2022 means for me to carry out the means to pay myself after tax and NIC was very complicated and involved an engineer to diagnose it. The Qtac support was most understanding and patient and I am duly grateful.

Nevenka was excellent. Very courteous professional and got the installation done without any problem.

Both Ladies were extremely helpful and completed my problems wonderfully well!

I was having a bad day trying to explain a problem to a government body when Qtac called to update by software. Jared restored by faith in humanity. He was courteous, polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. If only I could say the same for HMRC my life would be SO much easier!
