i redeemed points for a coupon but it dod not work but it still used my points. Customer service took days to answer and still did not resolve my issue

RUINING MY CREDIT AND MARKING THINGS LATE THAT ARE NOT STAY AWAY FROM QUILL!!!!!!
Horrible company! They will ruin your business credit! I ordered from them and my very first invoice was marked late when it was not. I reached out immedietly and sent proof that it was paid early and completed on time. By the time they contacted me back it was 5 days later. They closed it out and marked it as 5 days late. This was in march we are in may and it is still not fixed. Ive spoke to 8 agents, 4-5 emails from the credit department, and even a manager that says they can now not do anything if I want to fix it on my credit I can contact D&B. So they report incorrectly about my business and then tell me I can go fix it myself if I want to! STAY AWAY FROM QUILL!!!!!!!!!!! Ill be switching to a reputable supplier that can handle basic invoices and not ruin my business credit!!
