We do all our office shopping from Quill!
I'm impressed with the ability to look at prior purchases and to rebuy those items with ease. The pricing is comparable, or cheaper than other office supply stores.

Expensive, confusing sizing, hard to find replacement pads
Pro: The replacement stamp pad had the compatible stamp item numbers. Without this I would guess which to purchase. Con: it was confusing which stamp to buy to replace the discontinued stamp named "Quill brand 2000plus printer c60" I measured the stamp but it isn't as precise as expected. Con #2: the price is very high for a simple custom stamp. $38.99 for a 2 inch stamp without any logos or intricate designs. Quill is taking advantage of its clients.
