In 2021 I purchased a Radley bag with money I received from my retirement collection. As I was using another Radley bag I have only just started to use the bag in question. The strap on this bag doesn't have a buckle to adjust but gold coloured studs which pass through holes punched in the strap.There is a slit above the holes which should have been punched below the holes to anchor the stud. This has resulted in the strap coming undone whenever this bag is used. Unfortunately for me I have another three Radley bags which haven't been used yet with the same issue. After contacting Radley to report this design fault and ask for a solution to my plight. I am told they only guarantee the bags for a year and to send my bag to another company to get this rectified at my expense.This is a serious design defect and they are washing their hands of the issue.As these bags cost approx £600 bought from the Radley site I feel that I need to warn other purchasers of this defect and the fact that Radley have not offered to rectify this issue.I always thought Radley were a premium brand but obviously once you have bought their products they do not follow through with customer service.I would advise buyer beware.

Received a Radley smartwatch for my birthday. Charger would not work. Returned to jewellers were purchased from and this was replaced. Step counter stopped registering if not active for more than 10 minutes. Returned to Radley and the watch was replaced. The same problem is still occurring and after contacting Radley again I was informed that the set up of the watch is correct and not faulty. I can exercise for 1 Hour at the Gym and the step counter will register half the amount of steps to my husband although we operate the same equipment. Very disappointing!

I live around 40 miles from the Radley store at the Castleford outlet, I bought a number of items, 2 of which needed returning.
I could not get to that store in the near future, have no store more local to me and it was a long way to travel to return the items. I retrieved the stores telephone number via Radley customer services, called them, Jill - a member of staff made the return process seamless & helped me each step of the way. Fabulous customer service.
The only issue was that I needed to print the returns label, my printer was not working, my local post office do not print labels and so I needed to go to a Max Speilman shop for the label to be printed. A QR code would have been an improvement.
However, A huge thankyou to Jill and the team.

Always a lovely experience when I shop with Radley. The staff are kind and helpful and the quality and design of every bag I've bought (there gave been many lol!) has been perfect. I'm proud to 'wear' my bags and will continue to buy for many years to come. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience.

Bag arrived quickly and I love the bag. I don't use it every day, only for special occasions. Hence why I have brought it on holiday and we are currently in Portugal.
However, as you can see from the 2 photos attached the zip has broken and I can no longer close my bag which is very inconvenient as you can imagine and I will now hv to manage with a much smaller bag whilst we are here.
Pls be aware that I hv found that the zip has bn progressively more difficult to open so I was not closing the zip completely to the end but in spite of this the zip broke on using the bag this morning. Could you please tell me how you plan to compensate me? I love the bag so would prefer a replacement bag if you assure me the zip on any new bag will reliable for the life of the bag? Lynne Shrubb

Received this bag with a visible fault on the front of the suede upper
Photographed the issue and emailed Radley Cx Service as requested to let them know I had received an imperfect item.
Immediately sent the item back the same day using the enclosed Royal mail label.
Goods received back on 12th March and Cx Service confirmed such - however Ciprian

Has simply confirmed that despite my item being back with the returns team I have to wait UP TO 15 WORKING DAYS for my refund to be processed. On what planet of Customer service is this even remotely acceptable?
Fully appreciate this is the standand return t and c's for Radley but this is a faulty item/ goods situation so the Customer should not be made to wait in this manner.
You have confirmed you have the item, you have my proof of posting , so why not use some sensible discretion and issue the refund ?
Words fail. Extremely disappointing service and this was not a cheap item !

I was looking for a ladies handbag as a birstday gift to my girlfriend, because she has a collection of them ,but not Radley.
I find 1 exactly Radley Maldives ocean colour and gues what She love it to the bits a real leather smell, compact She were it everywhere while we been on the caribian cruise ship holidays.

There is a great range of products available. Some absolutely bargains to be had. Love the flash sales. The thing that makes this a shopping experience that stands head and shoulders above other is the consistently exceptional level of customer service. It's just faultless.
