Rainbow Tours organised a driving two week tour of north Chile. The itinerary was well thought out and included spectacular landscapes and places, all the bookings were honoured, some of the hotels were spectacular, and the staff we dealt with -at Rainbow Tours during the booking, and at the different hotels during the trip- was always courteous and friendly. Overall we had a lovely trip.
Some requests like "extra leg room" during the long flights were not dealt with as we would have wished and one of the hotels was not up to standard but, having said that, we would not hesitate to repeat this trip or use Rainbow Tours again.

Working with Kate and the Rainbow Tours team has been a lovely reminder of what exceptional customer service is like. They bring real experience, knowledge and insight to help shape what gets put together for you. Knowing they have been and visited the places really helps bring this to life. Thank You.

We got stuck in Vancouver after our Qantas flight was cancelled. We had to get home because our daughter was having a baby! The team at Rainbow travel went above and beyond to help us!! They were just fantastic!! So helpful and understanding!

Poor after sales service. They take your money and no post travel contact. Expensive holiday, but just another transaction to them. Will I use them again, unlikely. There are lots of travel agents to choose from

My 14 year old granddaughter and I have recently returned from the most amazing safari in Botswana. Craig at Rainbow Tours was supremely helpful - I wanted to make sure Poppy had a brilliant time! Well we saw 18 different species - so many elephants, wild dogs in two packs (which are rare), giraffes, the big 5, and with babies - zebras, water buck, elephants, giraffe, wart hog, lions, and on our last game drive (we had 13) a half hour long experience right next to 6 baby hyenas with their mother coming out of their hole and playing together! Unbelievable! Our guide Mbabe of Letaka Safaris was so knowledgeable and told us so much background information - it made it even more special. We were in the Moremi and Svetti regions which gave us so many wonderful sitings.The two camps - just for us were excellent, great walk-in tents with en-suite, the 5 staff couldn’t have done more for us. Their wonderful home cooked meals were so welcome from their on site oven. We had home made bread, biscuits and cakes every day - and even a chocolate birthday cake with candles for me!
Full marks to Craig for his patience with our booking and for Mbabe and his team in Botswana - a never to be forgotten experience for us both. Thank you.

We have just returned from an amazing visit to Madagascar. It wasn't cheap, but was exceptionally well-organised by Rainbow, from flights to transfers to internal travel to where we went and with some truly great hotels.

This was our second private tour by Rainbow (having previously been to Brazil). Our remit to Kerry was a trip around Peru doing lots of activities (not just getting in and out of a car). So we saw this beautiful country from horse-back, white water rafting, hiking, rock climbing, zip lining, by boat and small aircraft.
We had a fabulous time and the local agent did a sterling job in sorting out all our pickups and arranging guides/drivers, all of which were on time and well done.
I will be back to use Rainbow again when off on our next wildlife or adventure holiday.

Ten out of ten to Kristen to organise our trip, we couldn’t fault it, great hotels, lodges and yacht and seem less transport arrangements.We had nothing to worry about other than to enjoy everything about the trip

We hadn’t heard of rainbow tours before I found them through a web search. We have previously organised trips through Trailfinders but Rainbow tours was very competitively priced. Very personalised service that was warm and friendly and Nikki our advisor was brilliant. We went to Botswana and Mozambique and all of the lodges were amazing. The guides were excellent and very knowledgable and all from local communities. We saw such a variety and range of game on each safari drive. The ground staff in both countries were also very good. We had one issue in our lodge on Mozambique and Nikki sorted it out within an hour. Would thoroughly recommend rainbow tours

The tour was amazing everything was arranged with fantastic local tour companies with very knowledgeable guides and the hotels picked in the right locations and offered everything you needed. We will be booking with Rainbow Trours again if we can.
