Auction site is good enough. Payment is easy. Delivery is excellent. Quality is very good and Out of 150 items I have received only a tiny percentage are sub standard or slightly damaged.

We're disappointed to see your 2-star review and negative comments.
We've investigated the status of your order and found that the delay is due to your package being stopped by customs, but it is now back on its way to you. My colleague Elliott has emailed you separately, so please look out for it.
Whilst we can help try to figure out what's happening with your order, it being delayed is out of our hands. We packed and processed your order on the 18th August after payment (which was four days later than our 14th August payment deadline), and it left our site on the same day. Since that happened, we've been unaware of any issues until you submitted this review.
We'll continue to keep an eye on the status of your order, and hopefully it will be with you soon.

Good communication good items and description. Packaging bit suspect one of the items fell through a pallet making it interesting to load/ unload.
