Great company to buy from.
Perfect online buying experience, I am a very fussy customer and presented plenty of questions before and after delivery. The after sales care and follow up was above and beyond and shows what a genuine company this is to deal with, always a concern buying online especially when parting with a large sum of money but rest assured they are a great company to deal with and you will be in very safe hands. Delivery strict on the buyer but not on the supplier
The ordering process was fine but the follow up delivery questions seemed a bit over the top. It was clearly explained that if we were not around to accept delivery then there would be a re delivery charge. Yet at the last minute you changed our delivery day which was inconvenient. Seems we can’t mess up the delivery but you are free to do what you like. Not a balanced approach and has put me off using you again in favour of easier suppliers.

Excellent service. I used their WhatsApp chat facility to ask a lot of questions prior to buying my range. They were prompt and helpful with responses.
The delivery date for the cooker was organised the day after purchasing and the delivery team were fantastic.

A lovely company to deal with providing personalised service
A lovely company to deal with, providing a very personalised service. Unfortunately, as product comes directly from the manufacturer, delivery to my kitchen which is upstairs was not possible, so neither was removal of my old range. Fitting is also not available but this company is working hard to persuade manufacturers and delivery company to start offering this service. I would highly recommend this company who have in depth knowledge of their products and are so helpful.

Awesome order
I love my order, when accepted by Range Cookers I’ve been informed & kept track about delivery. I always had the option to contact for further details if needed. Today I received my order at perfect timing, I received a call from courier letting me know they were on the way, will arrive in 30 minutes. I had prepared space as much as possible. I requested delivery through back doors, they accepted & did a fabulous job within few minutes.
