I have been dealing with Rapid Mobility, in Poole, for a while, now. The service, that I have received, has always been excellent. Owing to the dreadful state of Poole pavements, my last mobility scooter suffered a sub-frame breakage. Ricky and the team, sorted things out and found me a very substantial machine that should deal with the diabolical pavements and potholes. The team are always there whenever I want their assistance.
I would never go elsewhere for my next machine, but shouldn't need to for many years.
Highly recommended. Five stars is not enough.

We had great service today from Rapid Mobility. We were helped from the car park to the shop with a borrowed wheelchair to save Mum trying to walk. Our salesman was caring, cheerful and picked out the right type of wheelchair to suit our needs; sturdy, lightweight, comfortable and easy to lift and put into our small car. Amazing service! I work for a hotel in Bournemouth and Ricky came out to help one of our guests who had a problem with their own mobility scooter. Ricky was immediately able to diagnose and fix the problem at an incredibly reasonable price. We recommend Rapid Mobility to all of our guests and they have never once let us down. Booked a mobility scooter from this company in Poole from our home in Wiltshire. Great service from Warren and his team who really looked after us. Walked out with us to make sure everything was fine - which it was! Highly recommend.

My mum brought a riser recliner chair from them and they graciously delivered the next day for her the guys that deliver rikki and the other gentleman who's name I cant remember from the store in poole fantastic service

We hired a small transportable mobility scooter from the Weymouth shop and had it for 5 weeks.
We were shown exactly the right scooter for us and test-drove it in the car park. Just the job. Kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff and also a very good price.

Ricky was amazing!
After a skiing injury to my knee in the new year I knew I'd need some help as on crutches and wearing a knee brace for months and not being able to drive. I decided to hire a mobility scooter which allowed me to walk the dog, have some independence and get to a local shop.
What a life saver it has been. A great little scooter, reliable and good quality.

I cannot praise Ricky enough for the help and guidance shown when we went into his Poole shop to buy our first ever mobile scooter. He explained everything from A to Z, let my husband have it for a test run and then delivered it the same day.
Most importantly the after sales service is second to none.

Called into rapid mobility whilst visiting Poole on the off chance they would be able the adjust the head rest on my power chair.
I have MS and the difference its made is.amazing.

Ricky and Warren can not fault them at all, such amazing company. I am in a wheelchair , and unfortunately my husband broke his back . Ricky has helped me all the way . Constant conversations letting me know what was happening .. They both have done something amazing I am 54 years old and now in a wheelchair , They both have understood and helped me through , My hubby is overwhelmed with his Scooter so , he can now get out and about . There are people out there , that are kind . They have restored my faith that special people out there do want to help. Grateful , really doesn’t cut my thank you ..

Decided to try a different mobility Hire Co. this year as not impressed with a previous Co. I can’t fault Rapid Mobility at all from the initial call to enquire to the pick up. We needed 3 mobility scooters for 5 days. Told this would be no trouble. These were also at a good price. Delivered exactly as agreed. They have very friendly staff with great communication skills. The scooters themselves were in an excellent condition and drove really well. For me and my elderly parents they made our holiday. It meant we could get around Weymouth and enjoy our time out. I will ge using this co. again next year and can fully recommend.

I hired a scooter for a day to help me enjoy a day at Monkey World. It was delivered direct to Monkey World and was ready for me when I arrived. I was very happy with the scooter and without it my visit would not have been so enjoyable. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely use Rapid Mobility when I’m next in the area.
