This was the 2nd experience with the RM shop.
1st one (an online purchase) was a complete disgrace.
2nd one since I was in Madrid I decided to go there to make the purchase in person and I promise it will be the last money I spend in their product.
The shop is a mess and it looks like if no one is taking care of anything.
Besides the sales guys treated me in a displicent fashion because I asked him to go to the warehouse for a size they did not have in the shop.
I spent 185€ and almost had to apologise to him because I asked him to do his work?
What is wrong with this people?!
More that poor customer service this shop is FAR from being anyway near of the excellence RM sells everywhere.

Une honte pour un club aussi prestigieux que le Real Madrid d'avoir un service client aussi inexistant dans leur boutique.
Commande passée le 09/12/2023 et 126,50€ débités : cadeau de Noël pour mon fils. Commande expédiée le 15/12 d'après le suivi. On est déjà loin des 3-4 jours ouvrés annoncés.
Le suivi indique Madrid puis 5 minutes après le colis est en Allemagne ?!? Arrivée en France le 21/12. Le 23/12 : en transit vers le centre de la poste près de chez nous. Super ! On aura bien le colis pour Noël et bien non apparemment le colis est finalement mal acheminé et depuis le 26/12 il est censé être réacheminé par la Poste mais rien, nada.
1er mail pour réclamation au service client le 03/01/2024. Relance le 10/01. Réception lettre de la Poste le 25/01 me demandant de spécifier si colis reçu : NON ! Renvoi par mail le jour même. Relance le 08/02 en joignant photo du courrier envoyé à la Poste. Relance mail ce jour 21/02...

La peor experiencia de compra que he llegado a tener. El servicio al cliente simplemente no existe, parece que se burlan en tu cara. Sólo te responden y responden lo mismo y nunca solucionan nada. Llevo más de 3 meses esperando una compra que no aparece, ni ellos saben dónde está, pero tampoco me quieren devolver el dinero. He contactado innumerables veces al "servicio al cliente" y sólo saben decir que la plata no la pueden devolver y que van a hacer una investigación con el transportista. Y los grandiosos investigadores siempre concluyen que el pedido está en tránsito y que debe estar por llegar. Literalmente se burlan en tu cara. Me da vergüenza que una entidad tan grande con la que simpatizo preste un servicio tan pésimo a sus clientes y seguidores. Esa tienda está en muy malas manos...

Awful customer service. Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas. Hadn’t arrived by 21st Dec so I emailed the company. They hadn’t processed my order which meant it was only being prepared for delivery on the 21st. Emailed customer service and got no apology, recognition or anything. My son is now without a Christmas gift.

This is beyond bad. Order and money taken (€ 162), delivery should be 5-9 working days. One month later and many many mails later: no explanation, only refund message. No reason, apologies, anything. If you have a kid that you want to surprise with ANYTHING from this 'official' webshop I suggest you do not touch this one with a ten foot pole. Beyond disgraceful.

Dacă as putea nu as da nici măcar o stea ! Soțul meu a făcut o comanda in urma cu 2 ani, și nu ia fost livrata niciodată, bani pierduți… in urma cu 3 luni a făcut o alta comanda și la fel, niciodată nu a primit comanda și nici bani înapoi , degeaba contactezi serviciul clienți….

Kundeservice er holdt op med at svare på mine mails og når jeg ringer til dem får jeg bare en telefonsvarer med en besked om de har travlt.
Jeg vil bare gerne have mine penge tilbage men det kan jeg godt se bliver umuligt jeg er indtil videre ventede 28 dage på min jakke som jeg kan se er forsvundet et sted i Schweiz🤬🤬

Customer service has stopped answering my emails and when I call them I just get a voicemail with a message that they are busy.
I just want my money back but I can see that will be impossible I have so far waited 28 days for my jacket which I can see has disappeared somewhere in Switzerland

Hola saben el tiempo está dando la razón, que BUENO era el jugador VINICIUS, pero desde que se llevó de los ejemplos de NEYMAR, las fiestas de Neymar, ya se está convirtiendo en un perdedor.
Hasta las payasadas de Neymar está aprendiendo en el campo de juego.
Pienso que aún está a tiempo de cambiar, es un buen jugador, pero, si sigue las mañas y malos hábitos de Neymar, su destino es tener juegos buenos y malos como resultado de sus desvelos y vida alegre.

Don’t waste your money. I ordered a jersey, almost $200 piece of garment. The item never arrived. UPS says that they delivered. No proof of delivery available- obviously because they did not deliver. The customer service is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The issue it is still unresolved.

Ordered the new kit on August 13th and was fine with the wait time at first. Once the order was shipped the tracking number provided was invalid and after constantly notifying the so called support team and them saying don’t worry the order is on its way. My order has been stated as lost and is under investigation which the support team have stated will last months. They have also stated that they cannot provide a refund until the investigation is complete. So disappointed with the support provided.

I ordered a RealMadrid kit on 8/15/23 and received confirmation. I paid for express shipping (2-3 business days) I never received processing or shipping info so I followed up by email after a week or so. No response beside an automatic computer email promising a representative would contact me as soon as they review my email. This has continued with any resolution or response from the team store.

Am 20.06. bestellte und bezahlte ich einen Trikotsatz. Heute ist der 21.08. und ich habe es noch nicht erhalten! Kundenservice = 0. Keiner gibt einem richtig Auskunft, laut Sendungsverfolgung hängt es in Frankreich. Über den Chat habe ich heute endlich erfahren, dass das Trikot nicht mehr ankommt. Wann das Geld kommt? Keine Ahnung, wenn alles abgewickelt ist! Richtig kompetent der Laden. NIE NIE NIE wieder.

I ordered I Jersey from Benzema. They delivered the wrong one. Moreover they said they couldn’t deliver the right one because he isn’t at the club anymore. So i required a refund. The already confirmed that they got my Jersey back but since 2 months I wait for my refund.
I am a big Real Madrid fan and a Madridista but unfortunately best club in the world has the worst online Fanshop

What a joke. $200 and close to 3weeks later I’ve heard nothing from them.
Several phone calls and folllow up emails have proved to be a waste of time as there replies are generic and don’t offer valid information or support.
I have now missed gifting my daughter her birthday present.

after buying a jersey for £100, to find out it is different from what the players are wearing. i am being told they won't refund as jersey has strong odour, a jersey I never wore and I returned in exactly the same condition.
