I wanted to buy a pre owned Rolex as a gift for my wife but I have never had an expensive watch so I was nervous of the many offers on the web for obvious reasons. A bit of searching and I came across Rebecca's. I was re-assured by their physical presence on a recognised 'high street.' I was also re-assured that the photo's are of the actual watches for sale and not just generic photos. Still a bit hesitant, I then spoke to the store about their 7 day return policy which they explained clearly so I went ahead and ordered my choice. It arrived within 48 hours and I was very pleased with it, especially its great condition. It was a bit tight round the wrist but rather than post back, I decided to visit the store in person to get some additional links fitted. We live about an hour away but as soon as we saw the range on display, I was a bit worried my wife would want an immediate upgrade! Thankfully she stuck with my choice (!) and I was very pleased with the outcome. Their pricing and service was great and we left very happy customers. I have a load of brownie points in the bag but the down side being I can see that we will visit again quite soon!

The quality of service was attentive and met all my expectations.

I was looking for a watch for my wife as a surprise for Christmas/birthday and I found one on the Rebecca's Jewellers website. They held on to it for a couple of days for me whilst I made arrangements for it to be delivered and when it arrived it was exactly as described. Excellent service from start to finish

If you want a specific type of ROLEX in my case an existing classic design which looks brand new because it is still being sold but do not want to pay the new price then Rebecca's can allow you to have the "Best of Both Worlds"

We've used rebecca's before for the odd bit of jewellery and popped in for someting for my wife's birthday. Spotted a necklace which she liked and Rob offered us a 'bit of a deal' on it without us asking. Sold!

It all went wrong for my bank balance when we started talking about Rolex watches. Rob knew exactly which model I was talking about and had one in stock. He's not daft, and offered to retrieve it from the window display for me to handle and try on. Some time later, after an informed demo of the watch and it's functions, I made the purchase. No pressure or hard sell from Rob - just friendly chat and a willingness to let me take my time with an expensive purchase.

Recommended if you're in the market for interesting jewellery or a Rolex from an experienced re-seller.

i was looking for a preowend rolex submariner,found this company on the internet.did some research, phoned and spoke to one of the sales team.very freindly and helpful.traveled from glasgow to southport to get the watch,they can deliver but just could not wait.thats just me.the girl in the shop was very helpful,so yes would use this company without hesitation.£3500 is a lot of money to spend on a watch so you cant do enough research,so yes rebeccas jewellers are 1stclass. frank from glasgow

I bought a watch for my wife which turned on the agreed dayand was exactly as saw online. We I required a couple of additional links to lengthen the bracelet and was delighted to be told this would be free of charge.

bought stainless Rolex, when it arrived it looked better then in the photograph, had it over three years still running beautifully.

My day date Rolex was delivered on time, but stopped after a few days. I rang Rebecca's and was told to manually wind, which I did but after a few days it stopped again. I sent the watch back to Rebecca's where they cleaned it and sent it back to me in working order. This was very good service. I was told that the return postage under guarantee was going to be returned, but as of yet I haven't received any. Apart from the postage I would still recommend anyone to use Rebecca's.
