Absolutely shocking service. I would advise you to avoid this company if you wish your requirements to be dealt with efficiently, swiftly and affordably. They are dealing with my late auntie's estate and have taken nearly 2 years to do so. They are very quick to send out letters saying they need more time and increasing their costs. £300 per hour for work they need, estimating further work costing around £9,000 on top of the thousands they have already charged. We've received further correspondence today from HMRC imposing further charges on our late auntie's estate for work they should have completed in 2025. Please think twice before going to this disorganised, greedy and uncaring company.

We loved Catrina, she was super helpful and efficient and always got back to us when we called. It was so refreshing to work with a solicitor like this. She always kept us informed and was so friendly and personable and made the whole legalities really straight forward and easy..

Absolutely zero response this supposed solicitors is a joke you call get no answer just a voice on machine this is not a solicitor anyone should have anything to do with

All processes for wills and power of attorney were clearly explained and delivered in a timely manner.
All members of staff were helpful and courteous at each attendance.

Compassionate and professional service at a difficult time

Everything was explain very clearly to us and we have exactly what we need. This was done in our own home which was a great help. A very good service.

After some confusion, entirely my fault, Louise, Jo and Justine sorted things out to my total satisfaction.

If I could give 0 stars I would they said i 100% had a case dragged it out for over a year then said no we not doing it absolutely horse .... I got videos and everything where staff at hospital was rude and purposefully left me with no food everyday for a week because they whwre ment to do surgery but nope and I was left 2 weeks with a broken ankle wich has caused nothing but me now unable to work or walk due to how long it took them to do but nope. Even my gp have said they took to long and should have sorted it I am now unable to work I am permanently unable to walk

I have always managed to see or at least speak with my 'person' (Sophie Davies) even at very short notice. Sophie has been absolutely fantastic with her advice and explanations, making sure I have fully understood the process at each step of the way. Sophie has also kept me up to date on a regular basis, letting me know what stage the process was in and what to expect next.
I really cannot think of anything that wasn't already done that would have made this experience better. Thank you Sophie Davies and your team.

I have so far found all of the communications I have received to be, professional, polite, timely and clear. Its important to me to know how each stage works and what I should expect and to date that has been my experience.

This company are a complete rip off do work unnecessarily and charge the earth I had an estimate to get some custody for my son and charged over 4 times more when they thought I needed a police report for a fact finding hearing that I didn’t even need they wanted nearly six thousand pound when there was no fact finding hearing it was reduced to £55 if that doesn’t stink I don’t know what does I asked my solicitor to help keep costs down all there calls texts are just money generating for themselves I have queried there bill and every time it’s the same answer threats of prosecution in the county court they have offered a payment plan which I have accepted but it leaves a bad taste when you know your solicitor tells you what work she has undertaken and when you raise the question all of a sudden they haven’t done that work very disappointed in there customer service all you are to them is an income wouldn’t recommend or use again

Ieuan Hicks was brilliant from start to finish, very friendly, professional and put the family at ease - explained everything in a easy to understand way and he has a great approach, very thorough and we are extremely happy
